Can of worms. Can of worms. My father worked for the TTC for something like 27 years so I am VERY familiar with the space for me to explain how screwed up that company is.
Why can Montreal do in 10 years what the TTC took 25 years to do? With less money!
I will try to find the article about the comparison in the changes to the two systems and about what programs was halted becasue of stupidity and pandering.
