209.4

The weight has been coming off at a reasonable rate and I've been pretty good about the gym. It's not quite as effective as getting pushed by Wesley Crusher, but I think I'm doing okay. I've started incorporating the bosu ball with a few of my exercises, and it really is a challenge. On Monday, I decided to do my cardio work by walking to/from the gym. It's 6.4 km as a round trip, so that's not a bad way to do it.

Still aiming to be below 200 by the end of this month and I'd REALLY like to be under 190 when convocation rolls around. I'd settle for being back down a pant size, though....

I'm SO proud of you, baby.

Once Sprog appears, I'll need all your help to get my weight down, too. So practice, practice, practice!

Thanks for remind me that I forgot to do my situps this morning.
That's probably why you're 10 pounds less than me...

Well done!
Whenever someone from across the pond mentions weight I have to get my caluculator out so I can divide by 14.
I'm about 15st 4lb (getting the calculator out again...214). But I would hazard a guess that you're quite a bit taller than me. I need to start taking the dog for longer walks...

I just started going swimming at my university's gym today. I plan on going regularly, so wish me luck. Right now, I'm just tired and hoping I'll sleep like a baby. I love swimming... Heh.

OB: If your pics are any indication, I think you're taller than me. I wouldn't have pegged you at that weight anyway.

Larry: I'm sure you can get back down to 185.

Ed: I dunno if I'm taller than you or not. I'm 5'9½"

Steph: Good for you! Swimming is a good overall activity.

Brother!!! - Way go man - keep it up. Ensure you get a good dose of chilled water every day (boosts your metabolic rate by 24%)

If your watchin the fuel your consuming - a great site I use to track stuff is www.thedailyplate.com
- its awesome cause you can just pick some of the foods and it knows the fat, carb, protien break down so you get an accurate read. Along with helping you stay on track with your weight goal.

And yes yes I am sadly behind in my blog and will get some race shots up shortly (finished 10th this year which is ok -- but as super hero's go its off my career high from last year... the evil Back got me -- but never again I a already full out in the gym working on my core)

Drop me a line if you want to go for a ride - I'll help ya fire up that metabolism.

Way to go, Mossy! I'm surprised you're under six feet tall, though...you write taller! (Didn't we have a discussion about that about two years ago? Penny said someone wrote taller than they professed to be. I think it was Larry, if I'm not mistaken...)

Never mind your height, you're a giant in my eyes and always will be!
